Return Policy of Aphex Action Sports

At Aphex (“Aphex,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and process.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Return Period
• Items purchased from Aphex may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
1.2 Condition of Items
• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Certain products (such as customized items, undergarments, and clearance items) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
1.3 Proof of Purchase
• A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Please retain your proof of purchase to ensure a smooth return process.
2. Return Process
2.1 Requesting a Return
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at office@aphexgear.com with your order details and number. Upon request we can provide you with a return label (costs of the label will be deducted from your payout).
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
• Domestic Returns: For returns within the European Union, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request we can provide you with a return label (costs of the label will be deducted from your payout).
• International Returns: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We cannot provide a return label in this situation.
2.3 Packaging Your Return
• Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2.4 Return Notification
• To ensure your return is processed quickly please provide us with your order number, if you want we can provide you with a return label (costs of the label will be deducted from your payout). Returns without notification to office@aphexgear.com will take longer to process.
2.5 Return Adress
• Returns can be send to the following address Amethistweg 31, 2665 NT Bleiswijk (The Netherlands), please mention Newsports Returns/Claims. Don’t forgot to put your order number on the box.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
3.2 Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to Customer Service to check availability.
• We will ship the replacement item once the original item is returned and processed. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
3.3 Store Credit
• If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating the return. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for any future purchases on our website.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at office@aphex within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and are marked as final sale on our website. These items include:
• Customized or personalized products
• Underwear and certain apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance or sale items
